Isle of Olive is a Greek deli in the heart of East London. The design of this deli is inspired by the formal and material simplicity of Greek architecture. One side of the shop features a display of carefully arranged Greek products. The centre of the display is occupied by a 4×4 hive full of dry fragrant Greek herbs that attracts clients closer to the products through the arousal of visual and olfactory senses. The opposite side of the shop features an informal display of products on shelves.
