Have an Avo is a health café located in the Fortune Green area of Hampstead. The property was previously an estate agency however it was redesigned into a café that has a unique concept. This health café aims to promote healthy lifestyle in the neighbourhood and enhance the efforts on healthy living imposed by the gym across the road. The ethos of the proposed café with regard to healthy living is reflected on its design. The café is predominantly made out of a natural and raw material, which is timber. Where possible, the timber is left untreated.
